Jauben Youth threatens to vote out MP
The Concerned Youth of Juaben constituency in the Ashanti region are threatening to vote out the Member of Parliament of the area in the year 2020 general election.
According to them, the MP, Hon. Ama Pomaa Andah has stopped coming to the constituency after the elections, and even refused to attend a thanksgiving service organised by the Juaben Paramount Chief who double as the chairman of the council of state, which was graced by president Akuffo Addo.
Briefing a press conference today, the group’s chairman, Mr Daadom Stephen, said , the youth were having some issues to petition the president through the MP but couldn’t since the MP was nowhere to be found at the programme.
The group is demanding apology from the MP for not visiting the constituency according to him, and also demands an assurance of visiting the constituency regularly, If not they will advice themselves in the 2020 general elections.
