Nii Arde Nkpa family to disburse Ghc 1.8m for the Construction of Family House Project
The Nii Arde Nkpa family of Plerno-James Town, have made available GH¢1.8million housing facility to construct an ultra-modern edifice which will accommodate members of the Arde Nkpa family, both at home and abroad.
The Twenty-Four (24) bedroom facility is said to be constructed in the James Town community, an edifice which is expected to project further, the image of Arde Nkpa family.
Disclosing this in an interview with Newslinegh.com, the head of the Arde Nkpa Family, Daniel Nii Arde Tagoe, stated that funds for the project are ready to get it started, and also called on members of the family to support the project.
The sod cutting ceremony of the project, took place in James Town on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, just to pave way for the construction of the said edifice.
The three storey building project which will contain a 24-bedroom, is expected to be completed within the next Eighteen Month (18-month).
The ultra-modern edifice will have among other things, a big conference hall, a library and a standby generator to address any erratic power supply and unexpected outages.
The fully furnished 24-bedroom facility which will be constructed at Plerno-James Town, will also host number of offices for the family.
The project, according to the Family head, will accommodate some family members at home and those abroad who return home every year.
