The Northern Region Parliamentary Caucus of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has commended the party for executing a well organized Regional Executive elections across the ten (10) regions of Ghana, over the weekend.

According to a statement signed by the Chairman of the group, Hon. Inusah Fuseini, the outcome of elections represent a significant part of the re-organization process, and the re-invigoration of the NDC grassroots towards the realization of the 2020 agenda of recapturing power from the NPP government, which they describe as visionless, confused, insensitive and super incompetent.

The Caucus in the statement further extended it’s warmest felicitations to the Party in the region, especially to the newly elected Executives, now led by the venerable Alhaji Ibrahim Mobila.

“Whiles congratulating the newly elected executives, the caucus extends it’s appreciation and sincere gratitude particularly to the unsuccessful aspirants for the commendable collaborative show of comradeship throughout the process.

The caucus notes the crucial and continuing role you will play in the unification of our party towards election 2020 and calls on you to not let us down in that regard”.The statement also acknowledged.

This election, according to them, represents an opportunity and a challenge for the newly elected executives to justify the trust and confidence reposed in you, and they are counting on the executives overall effectiveness in leading the party in the region.

A peaceful, free, fair and transparent process, they said, does not only confer credibility, but also confirms, consolidates and in every-way asserts and establishes the democratic maturity of the NDC.

The Northern Region Parliamentary Caucus therefore pledged support to the newly elected executives during their tenure in office and also towards NDC victory in 2020.

NORTHERN REGION PARLIMENTARY CAUCUS CONGRATULATES THE NDC ON THE SUCCESFULLY EXECUTED REGIONAL ELECTIONS

The Northern Region Parliamentary Caucus extends its warmest congratulations to our dear party, The National Democratic Congress for executing a very well organised Regional Executive elections across the ten regions of the country on Saturday, September 1st, 2018.

The generally peaceful, free, fair and transparent process does not only confer credibility but also confirms, consolidates and in every-way asserts and establishes the democratic maturity of the NDC.

The NDC Northern Region Parliamentary Caucus therefore extends it’s warmest felicitations to the Party in the Region, especially the great team of newly elected Executives, now led by the venerable Alhaji Ibrahim Mobila.
In so doing, the caucus pledges it’s fullest support to the newly elected executives during their tenure in office and also towards NDC victory in 2020.

The outcomes of these elections represent a significant part of the re-organization process and the re-invigoration of our party grassroots towards the realization of the 2020 grand agenda of recapturing power from the visionless, confused, insensitive and super incompetent NPP government.

The initial steps taken by the first runner up to visit and congratulate the new chairman and the new chairman’s invitation to all contestants and opinion leaders to a thanksgiving service are commendable and must be encouraged.

As a caucus, we wish to thank the Almighty God for seeing us through the process succesfully and also choosing for us, a great team of executives to lead our great party for the next four years.
