CODEC rallies behind GFPF; Joins demonstration tomorrow

Following the outcome of Parliamentary proceedings of Friday 23rd March, 2018, Coalition for Defence of Equal Citizenship (CODEC) has taken notice of the demonstration scheduled for tomorrow by the Ghana First Patriotic Front (GFPF) to register its displeasure at the decision by the Ghana government to sell off our sovereignty to the United States of America by allowing unfettered and unimpeded access to our territories.

We have also taken judicial notice of the fact that Ghana has decided to run ineffective, the application of its laws, on individuals allowed access into our land, a development we take serious exception to.

For these reasons and more, CODEC lends its full support to the demonstration that would take place tomorrow Wednesday 28th March, 2018.

CODEC is prepared, willing and ready to join the demonstration tomorrow. We equally call on other well-meaning Ghanaians to join the Front tomorrow at the Obra Spot near Kwame Nkrumah Circle at 6AM, to fight for the course of restoring respect and sovereignty for our nation, Ghana.
