The municipal Chief Executive for the GA-South municipality in the greater Accra region, Hon. Stephen Joseph Nyani has today assured teacher’s and nurses in his jurisdiction that, the assembly is putting all measures in place to put up teacher’s and nurses quarters to help education in his municipality.

Speaking to Odiyifo Yaw Charles, Hon. Stephen Joseph Nyani said teacher’s refuses to go and teach in deprived communities when they are posted, all because of poor facilities and lack of infrastructural development, due to that, quarters are going to be built to solve all those issues.

He disclosed this in his sectional address at the Assembly’s general meeting held within the assembly.

He added that, the assembly was unable to generate revenue as compared to last year, but measures are being put in place to generate a lot of revenue in the coming years.
