Many businesses in Ghana have collapsed and couldn’t restore their lose, some which have even lost trace of, but the Melcom Group unlike the others, were able to rebuild the Achimota branch with an even bigger and better edifice after Five years of building collapsed.

The Achimota branch of Melcom which has been operating for months now, was officially opened to customers of Achimota and it environs over the weekend in a grand ceremony to commemorate the edifice.

This new edifice which has a concrete roof top with parapet concrete structure with a single level basement parking lot, also includes concrete roof top with parapet walls purposely designed to serve as roof top patio.

Director of Communications for Melcom Group, Mr. Godwin Avenorgbo during the commissioning of this new edifice, disclosed that, this new Achimota branch has set a standard for ensuring a safe and secure environment for all transactions.

According to him, it can be assured therefore that the building has been duly constructed as per the approved structural designs, adding that, this beautiful structure has many value additions that the Melcom Group have offered to raise retailing in Ghana to an enviable heights.

Some of the unique features of the New Achimota Melcom includes a well constructed shelve scheme that enables easy identification of products even from a distance, easy accessibility for convenience, efficient fully Air Conditioning and many more to enjoy as a customer.
