Alliance Motors donate GH¢5,000 to Osu Chief


Alliance Motors Ghana Limited the manufactures of Jaguar and Range Rover has donation an amount of Five Thousand Ghana CEDI’s (¢5,000) to the President of the Osu Traditional Council and the Paramount Chief of Osu, Nii OKwei Kinka Dowuona VI at the Osu palace in Accra.

Briefing the media, the Sales Manager of the company Mr. Kwadwo Adjabeng revealed that the donation was in line with the good relations between the company and the Osu chief and as well to have knowledge on the great African traditional Culture.

He said the theme of this years festival ” Our Youth and Education, The Way Forward” attracted the company to support the chief in this years Homowo festival, adding that without education people would not be able to buy or drive the cars.

He said the company would consult it’s management to see how they can support the laudable initiative of the Osu Chief in educating the youth of Osu

Nii Okwei Kinka Dowuona VI Osu Mantse and the Traditional Council were grateful to Alliance Motors for their kind gesture and used the occasion to educate the general manager and the members of the company on how the Homowo is celebrated in Osu and call on the company to actively involve in the activities of Osu especially in supporting the education fund to help the vulnerable in the community.
