Watch Video; As JM expresses heartfelt condolence to the bereaved

His Excellency Former President John Dramani Mahama, admirably known as JM, is grieving together with the admirers of the murdered Captain Maxwell Mahama, the Military, the Mahama family and all progressive Ghanaians.

Information reaching us indicates, the father of the lynched fine officer is Capt. Chubby Adam Mahama (Rtd.), who is also a brother of His. Excellency Former President John Dramani Mahama.

JM has already expressed his grief and condolences to the wife, kids and mother of the lynched officer, as he took to his Facebook page to clarify all suspensions and doubt surrounding the lynch of the Captain who was allergedly accused of being an armed robber by the people of Denkyira Obuasi.

“All are urged to ignore the wrong reporting out there. Capt Mahama isn’t an armed robber. The people of Denkyira Obuasi in the Central Region who meted out this barbaric action, had meant to do that to him because of some illegal mining activities he and his troops stopped in line with the Akuffo Addo Govts fight against Galamsey”.

“Reliable information has it that, he was trailed when he was on his routine jogging and the one who held him (deceased) for the mob to attack was shot in the leg and was sent to the hospital”.

We understand that, he is currently under armed guard by troops and the remaining will be accosted at all cost soon.

Sadly, the late fine Officer of the Ghana Armed Forces was scheduled to be rotated this week oooo! Oh God!

It is a known fact in CR law enforcements that Denkyira Obuasi community has an indelible history of impunity, lawlessness and savagery.

It is also a chieftaincy hotspot and a town without leadership & control.

The perpetrators ought to be brought to book fast and the Govt should revise their modus operandi in the so-called clamp down on Galamsey. This is what the Former President of the Republic of Ghana, President John Dramani Mahama shared on his Facebook page, when expressing his heartfelt grievances and sympathy to the families of the late Captain Maxwell MaMahama.
