It’s quiet amazing why a well furnished and completed police station has been halted and abandoned at Kwaso Nsuom, under Suame Divisional Police Command.

Investigation indicates that, the authorities are complaining of monetary support for police officers who will be posted to work at the station.

In question, who is responsible for financing policemen on duties?

Arguably, the citizens can not take it upon themselves to cater for policemen on duties unless the government does, but in this case, it’s clear that the police station has been halted because of finance for the police officers.

Also, further indication states that, the division has not taken any decision to deploy a single police officer to the completed police station,which has suddenly become the question unanswered.

Meanwhile, people living around the place are totally in a grip of fears and panic by armed robbers day and night.

Moreover, the voice of the people need to be heard and truly, the immediate past Commander for sofoline police station DSP Napen had express unawareness of the situation, saying he never knew the existence of that particular station.

It’s now left in the hands of the Suame Divisional Commander, to tell why the police station still remains vacant and empty for people to suffer.
