Kotoko interim coach Michael Osei not keen to impress new club chief
Asante Kotoko interim coach Michael Osei insists he is under no pressure to impress the new management after reaching the semi-finals of the GHALCA six tournament.
There are talks Osei could be replaced by an expariate but but the former New Edubiase United deputy coach is not bothered.
“I’m under no sort of pressure to impress anyone. I’m doing my work as the coach of the team. I am concentrating and working very hard so that we have a good tournament” he told the media.
“We have to play well so it can reflect in the upcoming season.For now, I have to concentrate on the subsequent matches.
The Porcupines booked a place in the semi-finals of the G6 tournament after beating league holders Wa All Stars 2-0 at the Baba Yara stadium on Monday.
They tackle arch rivals Hearts of Oak on Sunday in a crunch semi-final fixture.
