The going Madina district hospital project, which depicts high-definition of health service in terms of its modern facilities, will soon be completed to offer jobs to the youths of the country, especially to the unemployed health service personnel.
This was revealed during an inspection routine of the ultra modern facility in Kwabenya-Accra, which is about 50% complete and will soon be inaugurated.
The 100bed health facility will mingles every aspect of 21st century excellence alongside it unique features which includes four operating rooms in the theatre so all patients can be taken care of at the same time.
This spellbinding project of 144bed future extension plan, adds to the unique qualities of the Madina district hospital. All the wards are spacious and contemporary designed to deliver a restful stay and a comfortable work environment.
According to the project Administrator Mr. Baba Anaba, this is one of nine hospitals Euroget De-Invest s.a has built across the country.
The other eight projects consist of 160bed district hospital in Wa, 60bed district hospital in Salaga, 60bed district hospital in Sokko, 60bed district hospital in Tepa, 250bed regional hospital in Kumasi, another 500bed military hospital in Kumasi, 60bed district hospital in Konongo and also 60bed district hospital in Twifo-Praso which sums up to all the nine hospitals which is in progress and will soon be inaugurated.
With Wa hospital, we are expecting that by the end of this year, it will be handed over to the government. They are all government of Ghana projects, but Euroget De- Invest s.a, is the main sponsor of this great initiative. He noted.
Considering the level of work, He said, it is expected that by December, the rest of the building which is still not roofed will be covered and by second quarter of next year, the equipments and all the requisite materials would have been installed and handed over to government.
These projects have been politicized and sometimes the media takes the political aspect of it and publish it without doing a proper checkup, which is why we brought you here to see for yourself to propagate the good news to the outside community. Mr. Anaba emphasized.
This hospital, though it’s a government project, will be used by all Ghanaians no matter what political party you belong to. Madina hospital is for all of us, so let’s see it as a national assert and stop using our political lenses to look at it. He urged.
The 5acres of lush landscaped Madina district hospital consists of a 4Storey building block, 36bed wards, a 2Storey building block, kitchen & laundry block, Maintenance & bus station, a medical waste, a mini market and an Ambulance station.
